CONDITIONS FOR RETURN

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from JC Floors Australia. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team and provide your order details. We will arrange for a pick-up of the item from your location and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the item is not in its original condition or packaging, we may not be able to process the return or exchange.
